I thought you could only find allthemodium in the mountains in atm7. I was under the impression that the below lvl 20 applies only to the mining dimension. Anyways allthemodium is quite easy to stumble upon in mountains. Alternatively use the teleport pad to get to the mining dimension and you will find allthemodium everywhere.
