YMCA of the USA (Y-USA) has a long history of using funds to bring successful local programs to national scale. After the Indianapolis Y showed good results, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) worked with Y-USA to fund the program at the YMCA of Greater Louisville. Based on positive results in those two cities, the 60-minute sessions. One session – $35 per person. Four sessions – $136 per person. Eight sessions – $264 per person. Small group training sessions are 60 minutes and a commitment of four sessions is required. All participants will be charged for each session, even if one is missing.
